1) Shivam Hotel
“Nice Rooms but very arrogant staff”
Hotel was good, rooms were clean but behavior of staff poured water above all facilities provided. I recently stayed in the hotel, it was my first stay of 17 day long journey
I had reservation through email and phone, manager told us that he will do concession on our arrival but on our arrival his behavior totally changed !
he used to talk very good on phone before our reservation but on our arrival he did all check ins very rude !!
First he told lesser balance but soon changed and increased rates
we requested for some concession but he was too rigid to less fewer Rs out of respect !
Hotel is not much near to railway station its hard to walk though !! to sum up their is much cheaper and nice hotels available nearby avoid !!
